About Me
I’m Stephanie Santiago, LMHC. I’m an adult third culture kid, New York born and Florida grown, and a karaoke queen who believes quirks are not flaws but what make us human.
In therapy, I bring curiosity, humor, and authenticity to every session. I want you to feel comfortable enough to show up as you are, without pressure to perform or edit yourself. Together we’ll look at the patterns that keep you looping and explore new ways of relating that feel less heavy and more true to you.
I care deeply about helping people who feel stuck in perfectionism, pressure, or constant self-editing. Whether you feel like you are always “on” in front of others or caught in your own head replaying conversations, my goal is to give you a safe space to pause, reset, and try something new.
Outside of sessions, you will probably find me singing my heart out, exploring coffee shops, or spending time with my Therapy Dog Intern, Alfred, who takes his job very seriously.
